Manav and Chase were incredible to work with! The consultation was such a smooth process, and they came super prepared! I never once felt rushed to make a decision - it truly felt like we were working with family. The entire process end to end was amazing - they were in regular contact with my fiancé to go over all the specifics of the engagement ring since we live in Chicago. The packaging the ring came in was stunning, the ring was absolute perfection and most importantly, the service was top notch! I highly recommend Viya and I can’t wait to work with Manav and Chase again for our wedding bands!!

My experience with Viya exceeded all expectations from start to finish. Chase was incredibly responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process, making communication seamless even though I was located across the country in Seattle. The collaborative design process was smooth and enjoyable, and when we needed resizing afterward, Chase handled everything efficiently. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect from the exquisite craftsmanship of the ring itself to the beautiful packaging it arrived in. Most importantly, my fiancé absolutely loves the ring (and she said yes!). The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the final piece truly reflects the care and expertise that went into creating it. I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Viya to anyone looking for exceptional custom jewelry work.

Could not have had a better experience with Viya! Manav and Chase are extremely professional and supported me through the entire process. Just from the initial no-pressure consultation I could tell they take extreme pride and care in their work. They took their time during our in-person visits and made a great effort to accommodate my schedule. When I was debating between 2 stones (after already narrowing down from a much larger selection they showed me), they presented both options fairly and helped me a decision I was confident with. They helped me consider aspects I didn’t think to consider, such as how it would look 10/20 years down the road and designing such a way where it can easily be resized. The 3D renderings Viya provides are very helpful in getting all of the details right. I could see exactly what the ring was going to look like before it made. Viya excels at delivering results remotely. Aside from the in-person consults for picking out the stone, everything else was swiftly handled over text and physical items were shipped promptly. Overall I would look to work with Viya again for any future jewelry needs!

I was referred to Viya from a close friend who had an excellent experience with Manav and Chase. I had earrings I had not worn in years and wanted to see if I could create three custom key necklaces out of the materials. I also had a pair of solitaires that needed to be reset. During the initial consultation, Manav spent an hour with me educating me about their process, showroom, and approach to their business which immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable! From the initial consultation to delivery, Manav and Chase were consummate professionals who leveraged their expertise and keen eye for design to provide me with the right recommendations as we worked through the design process. They were responsive, took the time to detail the “why” behind their responses when I asked 101 questions on settings, etc. , and worked through an extremely tight timeline to deliver the creations to me - all on Labor day and in another state! The delivery of the items was fantastic - Viya also took the time to create little goodie bags with the jewelry included - a lovely touch which was really a delight to open. I found Manav and Chase to be friendly, honest, transparent, and extremely skilled at their craft. Would 100% recommend to friends and family and am thrilled I have found a new generation jeweler to work with! Thank you Viya!! PS- I have worn my necklace since September daily - sleep/exercise/shower and it still looks brand new - a true testament to the quality of Viya’s pieces!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Viya Jewelry. We worked with Manav & Chase they are incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. My husband & I went in to have the pendant of my mangalsutra changed, and the entire experience felt truly elevated from start to finish. The team is extremely professional and attentive, and the quality of their jewelry is phenomenal. What really stood out was the packaging and presentation—it was thoughtful, elegant, and truly above and beyond. I had an amazing experience with Manav and Chase at Viya! They were extremely helpful, detailed, communicative, and walked me through everything that I needed to know in order to design our engagement ring. The team delivered an extremely high quality and beautiful ring on a tight deadline, and for a great price. Definitely will be coming back for the wedding band and other future pieces! Highly recommend these guys!!

I legitimately could not have had a better experience with Viya. I wanted to have a custom ring designed for my now fiancée, and was referred to Viya by a good friend. I had a very specific idea in mind and Manav and Chase exceeded my expectations on bringing it to life. Working with them took away all of the stress of making such an important and big purchase and I could not be happier with the ring they crafted.

Manav and Chase were simply amazing to work with!! They designed a beautiful push present pendant necklace for my wife. The process was seamless - Viya helped from idea generation, concept design and ultimately converting the design into a beautiful final product that my wife loves. They listened very carefully to understand exactly what we were looking for, which made it an enjoyable and stress free process, and importantly a piece of jewelry that my wife is excited to wear. The team at Viya was excellent throughout the process of creation of a custom engagement ring. I had a tight timeline and requested several rounds of edits; they were able to prioritize my changes. Through the process, they did a lot of teaching about diamonds, ring style, etc. which was able to help me and my partner feel like we were making the right decision. The final product was exceptional.
